With quality and sustainability at its core, CSM has worked together with Valmont to create a vertical village for data management company Quantium, structured to encourage team connection and engagement. In this edition of CSM’s newsletter, CSM Business Development Manger, Victoria Harris, chats to the Valmont design team about specification and innovation.

Quantium approached Valmont to create an innovative space that ensured staff had access to views, natural light and no matter where they sat on the floor, could stay ‘plugged in’ to the network across the tenancy. Multiple work points, breakout spaces and meeting areas planned throughout the floors were implemented to connect and engage staff on a daily basis, creating a culture of information sharing, openness and flexibility in how they work.

The product life cycle of what was specified was important to the client as well, as they have a business mission to reduce their impact as a company on the environment.
