This month’s edition of CSM’s Newsletter features JWT’s new workplace in Pyrmont. Jason Mellor, CSM Manager Customer Service, talks to the Geyer design team who share their objectives and inspirations for the project, and how CSM helped to create a space that is void of indifference.

To be the “Antidote to Indifference” is JWT’s working mantra. Their belief – Indifference is the greatest danger to creativity and their work. The design’s big idea expands on this philosophy by providing an engaging, eclectic and interactive reconfigurable space which conforms, flexes and embraces agile working which makes a difference to the way JWT’s people create, communicate, and collaborate amongst themselves and with clients.

Geyer were appointed to create such a space for JWT. As this was an ABW solution, they kept storage to an absolute minimum, and created an approach that was concentrated and contained within team zones. Personalised CSM lockers were introduced in the design to create a sense of ownership, and one Rolling Storage Unit was incorporated to satisfy archival requirements. CSM enabled the use of a storage solution that could be customised and unique to JWT’s needs.
