Architecture firm Bates Smart was assigned the design project for the company’s recent relocation to new offices on 1 O’Connell Street Sydney, with build managed by Schiavello Constructions.

C&W’s brand, approach to business and core values were considerations in the design of this new space, namely discipline, consistency, simplicity and transparency. These brand values are reflected in the spacious and functional design of these offices. Bates Smart created a vibrant, and collaborative workplace that represents the professional and high performance culture of Cushman & Wakefield.

CSM worked with the design team and Spacemaster Records management specialists to provide high density and secure storage solutions for this project. CSM manufactured and installed Secure Self based Rolling Storage to meet the client’s specifications as well as personal storage for staff requirements.
