CSM STORAGE FOR HENDERSON GLOBAL

Henderson Global entrusted Valmont and MPA projects with the design and construction of their new offices in Sydney as part of it’s continued expansion of operations in Australia. CSM was specified by Valmont to provide storage solutions to meet Henderson Global’s office requirements.

Henderson Global’s new offices on George Street Sydney are located within the Grosvenor Place building, designed by renowned architect Harry Seidler.

CSM provided quality Australian designed and manufactured steel Evolution Planters, Evolution Cabinets, Lateral Cabinets and Pedestals to comply with the requirements for this prestigious project.

CSM AND BUILDING BRANDS LUNCHEON

CSM were proud to be one of the sponsors of this years Building Brands Anzac Day Luncheon, recently held at Melbourne’s newest venue The Glasshouse.

Special guest speakers included Sydney Morning Herald columnist and author Peter Fitzsimons, Tv presenter Eddie McGuire, Collingwood Senior coach Nathan Buckley and Collingwood Captain Scott Pendlebury.

CSM’s National BDM Victoria Harris was in attendance to pay tribute to the tradition of Anzac Day.

CSM AND TWO GOODS LUNCHEONS

This Autumn CSM will come “TWOGETHER” with our clients in order to support our friends at TWO GOOD by hosting a series of lunch presentations serving their healthy and heartfelt lunches.

TWO GOOD’s mission is to provide food to those who need it most. For each jar of Two Good “Goodness” you buy, they will give away the same jar to charity. Recipes are created by big-hearted, top chefs from some of Sydney’s leading restaurants. TWO GOOD supply food to the Women’s and Girl’s Emergency Centre, Elsie’s Refuge for Women and Children, Kilara Women’s Refuge, Dolores Single Women’s Refuge, A Women’s Place, St Candice’s Kitchen and The Wayside Chapel.

Yesterday CSM hosted the first TWOGETHER luncheon with Group GSA. We are happy to have contributed 12 lunches to Elsie’s Women’s and children shelter. We’d like to extend a big thank you to the interiors team at Group GSA for sharing the goodness and helping us support this initiative

Australian Interior Design Awards 2015

CSM would like to congratulate Geyer, ODCM and Bates Smart for their nominations in the Australian Interior Design Awards 2015 for Workplace design.

The Australian Interior Design Awards recognise and celebrate interior design excellence via a credible, industry-based program, which is backed by the Design Institute of Australia, the professional body representing Australian designers.

JWT Sydney Headquarters by Geyer, Unilever Sydney CBD by ODCM and TransGrid Sydney Office by Bates Smart are all stunning and innovative projects, and it was an honour and privilege working with you all as the preferred storage supplier on these projects.

As Seen on InDesign Live: CSM Contributes to NSW Treasury’s Relocation to 52 Martin Place

Completed under the old Office Furniture scheme C1006, CSM supplied all steel storage in the NSW Treasury fit-out – the most recent in CSM’s Government agency fit-outs nationally.

“Treasury prototyped the storage solution at our former offices and allowed staff input to the proposed solutions. The solution involved two types of storage units at the end of run, two tambours, and one retractable door with coat cupboard.”

The effect of the coat storage, for example, is that it “encourages staff not to own the chair by leaving the coats behind,” says Earle. More generally, it helps create an agile workplace culture, supporting innovation and collaboration, just what Treasury was after.

The end of run storage and joinery elements helped make “the tightly zoned planning of the Treasury fit out possible” as well as providing “a natural barrier to work neighbourhoods without compromising on the feeling of space across the fit out.” Thus, CSM contributed not only to efficiency in terms of storage, but to a positive environment overall.

CSM AND BOWLED OVER LOVE FEST 2016

CSM joined forces with their friends at Wilkhahn, Ontera & Inlite, to host “Bowled Over Love Fest 2016”, an event dedicated to showing their client’s how much they love them.

Guests were invited to enjoy a leisurely afternoon of sundowners and barefoot lawn bowls at Bondi Bowling Club. The relaxed atmosphere laid the grounds for new friendships to develop and friendly rivalry on the greens and of course everybody won…

The evening ended with a collective sing along around the piano led by international performance collective LoveBoat Radio…

2015 Intrec Golf Day

After the success of last year’s event, the annual Intrec Golf day was once again held at Killara Golf Club. On Thursday 1^st October, golfers, sponsors and industry colleagues took to the course to enjoy a food and wine festival over 18 holes of golf, with the chance to win some great prizes. This year, there was an international theme to the day. Each hole was allocated a different sponsor, along with a country in which the cuisine and drinks would reflect. From England, France and Greece to New Zealand, Peru and CSM’s chosen country Germany, players had the opportunity to sample oysters, danishes, tzakiki, pretzels and more, with an assortment of accompanying drinks. It was the perfect day for networking over a game of golf overlooking Killara’s picturesque course. We’d like to thank Intrec for allowing us to be a part of such another memorable event, and look forward to seeing everyone again at next year’s action packed golf day.
