Redlands is a Primary and Secondary school situated in Cremorne on Sydney’s lower North Shore. CSM designed a tailored suite of storage solutions as a direct response to Redlands’ need to support innovative and collaborative learning, both now and in the future.

CSM worked closely with both Redlands and TKD Architects. The brief was to increase storage space in existing spaces that was functional yet visually appealing for student and teaching staff across various rooms.

CSM Paper and Art Store Cabinets with mobile castor wheel kits were supplied to easily access oversized art paper and to allow flexibility within the space as needs change over time. The units were double stacked to maximise the storage and minimise the floor foot print.

Joinery open Bookcases were supplied by CSM. A combination of low height bookcases to house easily accessible items such as photocopier paper and tall height bookcases for resource material were incorporated.

CSM’s Art Work Till Cabinets featured wide compartments with a mixture of custom vertical divider rods and full side panels for smaller artwork and reference materials. This flexible solution allows safe storage of student artworks providing protection from damage

The scope of works also included supply of a secure Camera Storage Cabinet with allowance for charging facilities. Colour Dulux Oyster Grey was chosen to complement elements of the learning hub.
