Looking for a firm experienced in delivering innovative and highly flexible workplaces, JLL appointed Peckvonhartel to help them implement their globally recognised Activity Based Working system, “WorkSmart”, into their new Canberra Office at 121 Marcus Clarke Street.

WorkSmart is JLL’s proprietary activity based working program, an integrated and innovative approach to the work environment that provides a combination of non-traditional work practices, non-territorial activity settings and multiple work locations.

One of the first projects of its type for Jones Lang LaSalle in Australia, the Canberra project has successfully adapted a global workplace approach into local conditions. Peckvonhartel has created a design that equally supports Jones Lang LaSalle’s people as it does clients. Front of house spaces are adaptable and invite guests to embrace the flexibility that Worksmart provides.

CSM provided special customised rolling storage that became a signature and unique feature for this office space. CSM planter boxes also contributed to the harmony of this collective working space.
