CSM worked with Lend Lease and Davenport Campbell for various CBA sites incorporating an Activity Based Workplace solution for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Activity Based Workplace is a new design initiative for office environments and one product that can assist in the transition of this new concept are Lockers. The lockers utilised Electronic Swipe Card Technology allowing users to securely store items and access these items at anytime. Rather than having an allocated area, employees at this institution now use their lockers to store items required for the work space, they then can choose an area to meet other team members or work individually.

CSM also supplied a range of high density Rolling Storage Mobile Shelving Units and Cabinets for alternative storage requirements. Having CSM’s Project Management team on board made certain that the installation of Lockers and Storage items were implemented with the highest quality and on time delivery. Several requirements had to be met which included working out of hours, ongoing churn work, quick turn around of reconfigurations and providing products with a Green Star Rating.
