Architecture firm Custance engaged CSM to provide integrated storage solutions for the Independent Commission Against Corruption's (ICAC) new offices
Over many years, CSM has come to be a trusted manufacturer and supplier of storage solutions throughout the government sector. The NSW Treasury office fit out and relocation to Sydney’s Martin Place is no different, with CSM being the preferred supplier.
CSM collaborated with both Intrec and NSW Public Works for the new building refurbishment located in Parramatta. CSM worked with the client to develop customised storage products to create a contemporary, open plan office which included personal and team storage.
The fit out at the Department of Education (DET) in Sydney required storage that maximised space and efficiency. To overcome this, CSM’s Double Sided Evolution Cabinet now provides this office with increased storage for its staff and is convenient to access storage content from either side of the cabinet. The perforations on both sides of the cabinet also allow for an interesting element along with its slimlines.
CSM worked closely with Xact Project Consultants, Isis and Daryl Jackson Alastair Swayn PTY LTD to create a fit out that was filled with colour and greenery. As a new product from CSM, the Ecesis Plant Wall provides a new and unique perspective to the indoor environment and is a visually appealing piece to the office surroundings at the DEEWR offices.
This Government office was a multi level staged refurbishment where CSM teamed up with Intrec, NSW Public Works and IA Group as a part of this new fit out.
In particular, CSM supplied timber shrouds for the top of the cabinets to create an extra working area for this office. Because of the nature of this office environment, large plans are often discussed around meeting tables etc, so to save on space, timber shrouds were added to the top of the Infinity Tambour cabinets.
