The Bank of Melbourne headquarters fit out was spread across two floors, with the 4,000sqm space designed to maximise natural light and encourage movement.

The fit-out is also underpinned by a strong focus on movability and the transference of ideas across staff. A mix  of agile, collaborative and focus spaces cater to staff needs. Technology is embedded  throughout and is part of the experience. Interactive screens are located at collaborative spaces allowing an effortless exchange of ideas. This office is rated a 5 star Green Star Office  & 4.5 star NABERS.

CSM Office Lockers were integrated with TZ Smart Locking System for employee day storage. CSM collaborated with the project team Geyer Design and Schiavello Construction to deliver a high quality, sophisticated solution, manufactured in Australia.
