CSM were specified by the NSW government to provide office storage solutions for over 60 locations as part of the rollout project of their new Service Centres.
Service NSW has been designed to be the single service delivery provider for the New South Wales state government, removing siloed stand-alone government shop fronts such as motor registries, Fair Trading counters and combining over 30 contact centres, 900 websites and 150 retail outlets into a One-Stop-Shop.
The governments agenda of service unification and their customer-centric approach were key considerations in the design of the new centres. CSM worked closely with architecture firm Warren and Mahoney to find the most suitable product mix to meet the unique needs of each centre in this unprecedented government project.
CSM provided front of house storage solutions, tambour door cabinets and back of house personnel storage lockers to facilitate ease of work for employees. Self Based Rolling Storage, cabinets and shelving were also installed at each location and customised to facilitate the administrative requirements for each centre.
CSM’s capacity to locally manufacture products allowed for rapid adaptation and flexibility in providing customised products for different geo-locations across NSW. Pre-assembled solutions were created for regional areas and the specific requirements of each centre were considered and catered to with unique storage solutions.
