Jemena is an Australian infrastructure company that builds, owns and operates a diverse portfolio of energy and water transportation assets across Australia. The new workplace for Jemena located on Level 11 to 17, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne accommodates up to 800 employees, consolidating what were previously a number of separate locations throughout the city.

Connection and collaboration was the key design driver for this new workplace designed by Woods Bagot. At 15,000sqm the project includes 5 new levels of workspace and two client floors. The project was executed in conjunction with FDC Construction, and Montlaur. 

The scale of the project necessitated a variety of storage solutions to include high-density storage as well as designer cabinetry and planter boxes for the open office spaces.

CSM was awarded the storage package by FDC Construction. Our local manufacturing capabilities allowed for the project to be delivered on schedule. CSM created a diverse product mix to cater to the client’s storage specifications.

CSM provided high density mechanically assisted Rolling Storage units, Plan Cabinets, Systems Shelving, Infinity Tambour Door Cabinets, Infinity Planter Boxes and open book cases for this workplace. This is the third project that CSM are proud to have completed for Jemena.
