"The shelves were built with a slight angle so that clubs would not become dislodged when the shelving bays are moved." The Royal Sydney Golf Club (RSGC) in Rose Bay is one of the most elite golf clubs in Australia. As a premiere sporting and social institution the club offers it's 5000+ members superior services including sporting equipment storage. When the club house was refurbished in 2004, CSM was called in to completely fit out the new storage area which had become cramped and inefficient since the clubs' establishment over a century ago. CSM custom built three mobile shelving units (one electronic) containing 80 individual bays to shelve well over a thousand golf clubs. The mobile shelving units were custom built to fit the area so that RSGC staff could quickly and safely access member's clubs. |
